Our Experts

Anil Kumar founded Vista in 2007 with the main aim of delivering exceptional recruitment services for restaurants. He started his small firm providing cleaning services to small clients and has been doing extremely well since. At present the firm operates predominantly in London and will focus on expanding nation-wide, largely in the hospitality industry.

Anil is an entrepreneur with 16 years of U.K expertise in the restaurants industry. He started his career at Chowki and worked his way up as a chef, staying in the position for 6 years. Having first hand experience within such environments he understands the importance of having professional, committed and strong staff at hand – hence he found Vista.

He is recognised by industry peers for his reliability, network, and expertise in recruitment, training. Anil’s deep knowledge of staffing enables him to pilot day-to-day operations of the company providing an excellent level of service, tailored to his clients needs. His determination to remain an active player and evolve in the field of restaurants inspired him to co-found V-Prep , a sister to Vista, which supplies prepped and wholesale vegetables in to prominent premises such as Dishoom.

The firms philanthropic initiatives are mainly concentrated in India where they collaborate on yearly projects with local organisations for education and housing of children facing difficult circumstances.

Abi has a BA in International Business with Human Resources from the University of Edinburgh Napier. Educated in England and Austria, has enabled her to develop a deep insight and knowledge of HR. Her passion for recruitment, hospitality industry & aspiration to gain international experience in recruitment led her to move to New York City in 2014, enabling her to further her ability to attract, develop and retain the very best people for particular jobs.

She has over 8 years of dynamic experience in Recruitment & HR and served as a core communication point between clients and senior management. As of 2016 she has taken on the role of Business Development for Vista focusing on expansion whilst continuing to provide value to current clients.8
